Shipping Policy

At The Lavender Craft Coven, we strive to provide you with the best possible shopping experience. We offer a variety of shipping methods, including standard and express shipping, to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. Our expert team carefully packages each item to ensure it arrives safely. We offer free shipping on orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat rate shipping fee of $5 will be applied at checkout. Delivery Options

For the convenience of our customers, we would like to apply a few delivery options. First thing first, we will not be delivering to personal homes and properties, rather we would delivery your items to you in a public place for everyone who is involved safety. We would love to meet the people who buy our creations and know the joy it brings them, however we want to insure the safety of our customers and ourselves.

Each delivery is different, some may be a few blocks away and other an hour away. Depending on how far away you are, the price for delivery could vary. Our four delivery options are listed below, for any questions feel free to email us.

  1. Close By- 5 miles = $5

  2. Local- 15 miles = $15​​

  3. Tri-Cities- 30 Miles =$30

  4. Tri-States- 50 Miles = $50

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Lavender Craft Coven. If for any reason you are not, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us and we will provide you with further instructions.Please note that all items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
